A single plate, the first of a set of two or more, with the rest lost. Its surface is flat, without raised rims. Inscribed only on one side, presumably the verso. The hole for the ring was near the left-hand side (as viewed on the inscribed side), which is broken off so the remnant of the hole is now an indentation of the short side. The inscribed area was not damaged by this loss.
