A single copper plate the proper right half of which is lost. The dimensions above are those of the extant portion. The upper right corner of this was broken off and lost in the Calcutta Industrial Exhibition of 1906-07; this is reported to have contained the characters ma and ra which may have been part of the name of Kumāragupta (#Bandhopadhyaya_1909:459).

  1. The inscription is only on one side of the plate. There seem to be practically no margins.
