A semi-detached block of rock which bears three inscriptions, %IN00111 in a central position, with %IN00112 above it and %IN00113 below and to the left of it.

Discovered by Bird in or before 1872-73, halfway up the steep hill at the village of Tuśām (28.871249, 75.909812) in modern Haryana, close to %OB00103. The hill has several sacred pools in small caverns.
