<p>An oval seal. The upper field, separated by a double horizontal line, is occupied by an effigy of Garuḍa. This second specimen is less well preserved than the first (%OB00046). The proper right half is lost along with about the upper one third of the proper left half. The text of the two specimens is identical, but this second specimen was probably produced with a cruder metal/stone seal and by an unsteady hand.</p>
