<p>About half of the original oval seal (split vertically; the proper left remains). The upper field of the seal, separated by a double horizontal line, is occupied by an effigy of Garuḍa. To his proper left is a small disc that may be the Sun (on similar seals, the Sun is to Garuḍa's proper right, and a crescent Moon is on his left).</p>
