Jabalpur Plates of Hastin, year 170

Two plates, each inscribed on one face only. Dimensions above are for one plate. The edges are thickened, but the inscription is worn. There is a hole in the middle of the upper side, but the ring and seal are lost. There is, however, a seal impression on the bottom of the second plate. The plates weigh 1400 grams each (reported by #Pandey_1949-50:264 as 1.5 seers each; Pandey has apparently not seen the plates and the figure seems too high, even 1400 grams for the two plates sounds a bit too much; his informant may have made a mistake, or maybe this is a much smaller seer than standard?).
